Pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve is used at ventilation for chemicals, building materials, power plants, glass and other industries, or environmental engineering cold or hot air pipeline which include dust to adjust or cut-off the medium, we have lugged type, wafer type, flange type and butt-welded type at your choice, it is simple light structure with low cost.
Size: DN300 to DN3000 (12" to 120"),
Pressure rating: PN6, PN10, PN16.

We have replaceable seat and unreplace seat type for different customer.
For replaceable seat type, the seat can be easily moved from the body, and no need to damage any components at all.
For unreplaceable seat type, the rubber seat is fussioned on the body directly and no possible to move at all, so this type will have better torque and suitable for dead end service.
Our ventilation butterfly valve can have different connecting type: Wafer (semi lug), lug and double flange ends.
For the connecting of disc and shaft, we use special key instead of pin to drive the disc, so the shaft will be free from the medium and the valves will be more safety for some corrosion medium. Valve can be operated by level, gear box with manual handwheel, electrical or pneumatic actuators for automation purpose.
