Metal to metal seated flat gate valve with full opening designed according to the international standards (API6D)
Valves diameter available 2"~48”, pressure class 150# to class 2500 with flanged ends or butt weld
Features:
pig for inspection and cleaning processes
Valves work manually by bevel gear, handwheel, or electric etc
The valves shall have free gate, and self-cleaning floating slab gate
First seal shall be (Metal to Metal seal) and the second seal (Co-ING seal)
Floating seat shall be in contact with the gate
Block and bleed
Top entry for maintenance
No side load and no friction drag on the stem
Low operation thrust
All valves shall be safe fireproof according to (API 6FA) specification
The dimensions of the valves as (ANSI B16-10) specification or what’s equivalent
Tests on these valves can be performed according to (API 6D or API 598), and test certificates must be presented with the valves.
