Double block and bleed valve has two balls in integral body, the ends can be threaded, SW or BW end for both side. Materials can be A105, LF2, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, size from 1/2" to 4", pressure class 150# to 1500#.

1. Maximum working pressure up to 10000 psig (689 bar).

2. Working temperature are as follows:

PTFE: -65℉ to 450℉ (-54℃ to 232℃ )

PEEK: -65℉ to 450℉ (-54℃ to 232℃ )

3. Actuate at quarter-turn.

4. Directional stem flats show open or closed position.

5. Bottom-loaded stem prevents stem blowout and enhancessystem safety.

6. High-strength stem bearing provides smooth actuation andeliminates galling between valve stem and body.

7. It may be required to adjust the packing during the servicelife of the valve.
